Squirt AA Back to Back New England Regional Champs!

Congratulations to The Ridgefield Lions Squirt AA for defending the New England Regional Title this weekend in Rhode Island!

Throughout the 23-24 season our Squirt AA team embodied the heart of a lion and committed to our core values of competitiveness, community, and player development. Banding together they committed to constant improvement showing tenacity and grit every step of the way. After a disappointing bronze finish in the EJEPL playoffs they went undefeated winning the next 14 straight games taking home the CT State Title. To stay sharp during the break before regionals they played an exhibition game against the Tier 2 State Champion New Canaan Winter Club where they were victorious in a 3-1 hard fought battle.

This weekend they continued their dominance going undefeated in the New England Regional Tournament capping off the weekend with a championship win where they outscored their opponents 16-5 on the weekend.

Congratulations to Head Coach Rob Miller, Asst Coaches Colin Hulme, Scott Prekaski, Billy Casolo and all the Lions on this impressive achievement!
